Having dual backgrounds in Business Management and Sales provided the structure for a lot of resources I would later on utilize for creating free online content to help the marginalized communities that I belonged to. After seeing the lack of resources available to women and minorities in tech, my friend and I decided to create our own podcast so we could share our stories, our challenges & teach people how to land jobs on their terms. We will lay out the step-by-step plan in this podcast on how to beat the system that's been oppressing underrepresented communities for years.
